Taco Soup

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cans (15 ½ oz each) mild chili beans, undrained
  • 1 can (15 ½ oz) kidney beans, undrained
  • 1 can (14 ½ oz) whole corn, undrained
  • 1 can (14 ½ oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
INSTRUCTIONS

Brown beef with onions in large saucepan; drain.

Add all remaining ingredients except cheese; stir. Bring to a boil. Simmer on medium-low heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Serve topped with cheese.
